Obesity cause numerous diseases, like strokes, heart attacks, kidney stones and other serious or even life threatening illnesses. If you’re under-weight, you don’t have enough energy and get tired easily. You feel the best at a healthy weight. But it’s hard to know what a healthy weight is. With a healthy weight chart this becomes a no-brainer. Just locate your height and see if you’re in the blue zone that is labeled “healthy weight”. The white zone is underweight.
